      Gave me the schedule I needed.

      Cons

      I didn't like having the amount of time spent on each transaction being monitored on a computer and then having it posted on the wall to show how fast you were that day. I worked hard and was fast but there were other co-workers who were faster because they had been working there a long time. It was too much pressure. I would have felt better being able to go fast and focus on giving friendly customer service at the same time. I felt like a robot attached to a timer and was a little dehumanizing.

      Employee will get good snacks

      Cons

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
