      Pros

      Grocery Outlet has a very positive company culture expectation for their employees to be kind, humble, and team players. I have found the employees really embody this. Their onboarding experience includes meeting with many cross functional associates to get a feel for everyone's role. All of these meetings have been positive and friendly. Work/life balance is a priority for the company and they encourage people to form strong relationships inside and outside the company.

      Cons

      I have seen some resistance to change and new ideas that rock the boat too much from the norm, but I think that's just human nature.

      Pros

      Nearby, always had mandated breaks. Had a close friend death occur and recieved immediate time off and support from one manager.

      Cons

      Very little training given, minor mistakes at other companies equal write-ups here, inefficient retraining, and 2/3rds of upper management ignoring me and acting immature for my final week because I quit
