      Free coffee on shift and take home, chill coworkers, alright tips when it's busy, survivable if you're starting out and don't mind the NoHo area

      Cons

      little care for employee safety, stopped caring about developing barista skills, management inexperienced and unprofessional, high turnover in upper management/training, concerning health dept violations

      the kindest people you’ll ever meet who actually want to teach you about coffee rather than just getting the cups of coffee out
