Not a good place to work at - Controller Group 42 Employee Review

No pros of course duh.

The boss writes all the positive reviews you see about this place… they normally center around an uncomfortable chair to pass off as genuine. I interviewed here the day after the listing came out and got the job the next day but this was purely because they were desperate as they have so many people who quit. The offer was laughably low and wasn’t even the london living wage. no flexibility in working- 5 days a week in office and starting at 8 am and til at least 5. The CEO/boss was unpleasant and you could tell the office had a culture of fear deeply embedded.
