Latest technology, set up properly from the first day you arrive so that you can do your job Company owner really cares about his employees

For me the commute was horrible but obviously that's not the company's fault but it's the main reason I left IT Manager quite nasty, criticizes doesn't praise. I found out when I resigned that CIO said I was better than anyone they'd had for the position .
