Pros

Event tickets like Pacers, Colts or some concerts are up for raffle

Cons

Poor management. False promises. Leaders would rather stack additional tasks on you then fight for their team members and have the departments responsible for those tasks or jobs to take care of their own workload. As a CSC rep/ call center rep you are left out of company gatherings/parties and town hall meetings due to them pleasing the customer over the employee. The environment is so bad here they have now had to incentivize a retainment bonus for you to stay past a year and then another on 2 years. That’s if you meet all the requirements.

Pros

Pay is above average along with incentive bonus, vacation time and health benefits.

Cons

New President of Delaware Life is cutting costs without even realizing the importance of people's positions in IT. While the VP's are staying, the workers are getting the pink slip. It is only a matter of time before people realize the errors in their ways.
