      Interesting work, that is about it.

      Cons

      Poor poor poor leadership and management. A orginisation built around relationships instead of performance. Too many individuals sitting in senior leadership positions not because of ability, but because of brown nosing the boss.

      Pros

      Better benefits than most American companies, but not enough to make up for the compensation and lack of advancement.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, pay is not at market rates. Most employees are miserable. HR talks a big game about advancement/opportunities but in reality there are none. This company is not honest to it's employees.
