      Weekly pay on time. Nothing else is noticeable

      Cons

      Lack of organisation, unnecessarily long shifts, horrible parking conditions, many depots with really unprofessional and rude staff.

      Pros

      Better benefits than most American companies, but not enough to make up for the compensation and lack of advancement.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, pay is not at market rates. Most employees are miserable. HR talks a big game about advancement/opportunities but in reality there are none. This company is not honest to it's employees.
