Pros
I would say the INTM group, especially the team of Cyril is probably the best place to work for atleast in Paris, France. They are very supportive, receptive of the feedback and take actions to make your work life better.
Cons
The business development managers during the process of interviews with the clients are generally unaware of what the interview will be about, which is fine, however it can lead to at times, different challenges
