Business outlook
Pros
Very friendly environment and people, regardless of whether you are a distance worker, or in the office. No complicated red tape in the business hierarchy. Everything is transparent and everyone helps each other out. They get work done and clients love them, with plenty of new business on its way.
Cons
If you prefer working in a big, faceless company, this isn't it. They're still growing, and so therefore, just working out the kinks in their on-boarding style. But that's about it for cons.
