-lack of training -no room for summits, conferences and seminars -the leadership may have strong opinion on any product and it makes harder to move with data -85% of employees is recently hired hence no one knows anybody in differetn departments and teams. -Poor onboarding process -Finding right candidate for a specific roles can be though -It can be though to create loyalty for supet talents after long working hours. -Promotions and salary increase are not well structred yet.
