I have no regrets about joining growflow. The company is transparent and honest, and does their best to create a work environment that everyone can enjoy.

The best reason to work here is to surround ones self with folks who work hard and are knowledgeable. It feels good working on a team where you feel that your co-workers have your back.
Cons
Its a very small team so as a result concession must be made on what can get done in a given amount of time.
