There are no pros to this place besides a miniscule paycheck that won't even cover the medical bills this place will make you have.

Favoritism, higher-ups sleeping with coworkers and them getting better treatment, mold, if someone puts their hands on you they won't reprimand the person and will say that they saw nothing aggressive on the camera even if it hurt your back to the point of missing work, higher-ups will lie to HR just to get you in trouble if they don't like you. They will rally your coworkers to listen in on your conversations to get you fired. They don't believe in raises they will just tell you that other places are hiring and you can leave. They monitor your bathroom breaks and they monitor your paid breaks. If you ask for help you are treated like you are stupid. No matter what the question is. Some leadership will even follow you to the bathroom to watch what you were doing.
