      Work from home they will provide

      Cons

      They will remove employee without informing. Purposely adding in PIP and after 6 months they will give reason pip and remove. No work life balance in company. CEO directly involved in project so if any mistakes happen in project then remove from company. No work ethics . Full of politics. Management people are not good

      Only pros is salary in growexx!

      Cons

      Everything! They can fire you anytime whenever they want! No notice period for you if they tell you to put papers! Mandatory notice period for you if you put papers yourself! No enough projects, still hiring! Do not join if you want job security atleast for an year, they can fire you anytime!
