      Pros

      1. Working here is great as we get to work in the real world and get some hands-on experience. 2. Since it's a remote company, there's plenty of freedom which lets you give in your best work. 3. People in the company are super friendly and supportive, it's an honor to work with them.

      Cons

      The company gets a lot of work and because of insufficient staff, things are usually all over the place.

      Pros

      It is an excellent place for getting work experience while building expertise. You get to work and interact directly with the founder who always provides new insights and even walks you through on how to solve a problem if you get stuck.

      Cons

      The team, currently, being small means you might have to handle project aspects that aren't exactly in your expertise but related to it. For example, as a graphic designer, you might have to delve into building a content flow and UX of the website.

      Pros

      1. Positive environment 2. No office politics 3. Feels like a family 4. Career oriented colleagues 5. Helpful people 6. Super friendly boss 7. Peaceful work environment 8. Forever growth scope 9. Work from home 10. Great company cultures and values and what not.

      Cons

      Can't think of any, or even if there are, I'm sure they'll be sorted because the founder knows a company doesn't succeed without employees' growth, development and success.
