Good work-life balance. Employees are allowed to work from home twice a week (subject to manager’s approval)

Cons

Only low coverage inpatient health insurance is offered, forcing employees to get a private one. Low annual leave: 14 days initially, after the second year one day is added per year until a maximum of 21 days. Marriage leave is only 3 days.
