"Family Business" which is a codename for super exploitative and chaotic work ethics that keep everyone looking busy, but not truly advancing in the slightest. No sense of organization whatsoever. Ridiculously low wages for "friends of the family" which the employer (bizarrely) seemed to be almost proud of. In some cases they might not even pay you at all. The company makes almost no profits with their chaotic rhythm, and whichever profit they do make it's almost guaranteed to be taken from the company's coffers to serve the employer's personal finances.
