misogyny, almost no women in a managerial position, tyranny, micromanagement, no trust in designer work, compulsory to work part of Saturdays even if you have nothing to do and without being paid for overtime, fake contracts, all holidays decided by the company, forced to travel at absurd times, no meal voucher, truly and deeply ignorant managers who only do what their boss says and who don't know how to have personal points of view or manage a vision, company held up on the shoulders of 3 people who are not able to delegate and rely, bad communication, bad management of young talent, clique of person belonging to cl that gets the better positions, man are payed more than women, a lot of aggression when problems happen, no cooperation, public humiliation during group meetings
