Pros
Doing interesting things in marketing, venture funded, some cool people on the team. They somehow manage to convince strong junior talent into joining and those teammates are great to work with.
Cons
Working here was truly discouraging, especially the CMO and CEO lie to everyone else in the company to make it seem more positive than it is. The company is disorganized and chaotic. Most leaders are inexperienced and the company's growth is unsustainable. A lot of discussions devolve into blame games and accusations against team members. The CEO is also very difficult to work with with constant downwards blame / yelling at his team. He plays favorites. Not sure how there aren't more negative reviews. If you value professional growth, a coherent product roadmap, trustworthy leadership, or even basic workplace stability, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
