Pros
I worked at the Oak Creek Branch and the people are amazing and supportive. They really work around your schedule and understand that you have a life and that things happened. They allowed me to work part-time while I was a college student AND worked around my school schedule. They were also very understanding of the fact that once I graduated, I was going to move on to a job in the field of my studies. There were never any harsh feelings and when I did finally accept a new job offer in July, they were nothing but supportive of me and were also very happy and excited for me to start my new journey.
Cons
The cons depend on you. There are always people/customers you are going to butt heads with, but it's all about how you handle it. If you give respect here, you're going to get respect. If you go to management with a problem, they're going to work with you to take care of it. They always did for me.
