Pros
There are many and a few are the highlights 1)treat you as family member ,this defines everything company is with you in happy and sorrow time 2) at par salary - can't be termed as low pay employers 3) identify quickly the right person and raise the bemefits who has fire in the belly and concern to company's business 4)inter plant transfer for the right skills they have almost 40plants worldwide
Cons
Very few 1) no HSE department as they believe each one is HSE officer , sometimes this gives many different views on safety aspects of the plant 2) many plants still operates with edge old technology the enhancement or upgrade to system shall be continuous benefitting multifold
