Pros
Pension plan has kept some longer tenured ee's at company. Ee's genuinely care about doing the right thing.
Cons
Many changes have occurred over last 5 years leading to a very top down organizational structure lacking transparency. As a result of a move to centralize basically all functions, service has suffered. Pricing which has always been difficult, has become untenable, leading to watered down benefit and service offerings. Many new product offerings with no real direction in any one.
