-Very toxic workplace. It feels like a high school run by mean girls; the opposite of a nice, collaborative workplace.
-"Do as I say, not as I do" mentality from management.
-Little to no training. Pushed in the deep end and expected to be the best.
-Very unsanitary workplace, rarely cleaned.
-Unsupportive HR. HR received countless complaints from employees about management's behavior at the pharmacy, and nothing was ever done. Going to HR only leads to more problems and punishment for you.
-No upward mobility opportunity.
-Overall, the President here has no respect for her employees, and it shows. If you find yourself interviewing, make sure to ask about company culture, the turnover rate, growth opportunities, and why the position you're applying for is open. Just don't expect an honest answer; you will not get one.
