Gross mismanagement - Commercial Manager Guerbet Employee Review

Upon entering the UK office, one may observe that the overall atmosphere is lacking in enthusiasm. Though the team members seem to coexist peacefully and to be friendly, there is an underlying sense of unease. Additionally, it is concerning that management feels the need to remind the team to present themselves professionally and be prepared for visits from headquarters and inspections. Shouldn't a team be naturally motivated to maintain a high standard without being prompted? I feel it has a quite toxic culture cascaded by what I believe to be a manipulative management style.
