Management is the worst I’ve seen, no organisation whatsoever, they can cut employees out of nowhere with no explanation from managers they just say sorry and leave you hanging there which is not very professional

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience regarding management and communication.
Providing clarity and organisation, especially during difficult decisions, is very important to us, and we are actively working to improve leadership practices and internal processes. To address this directly we have launched a new managerial training program focused on organisation, empathy, and structured communication.
We really appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your new chapter.
They have a strong and growing team of software developers which gives you a great opportunity to learn and grow as a software developer. There is a lot of knowledge and experience in the team and team members help each other and share their knowledge. There is strong leadership at the company and the business is growing fast. As a software developer you are given a lot of ownership and responsibility. You are expected to push to production pretty much on your first day. The team is very diverse, with members working remotely from various countries, especially in the software development team.
Your ideas can take place. You can create processes from scratch. An International company where you can learn about different markets. Opportunity to work 100% remotely.
Cons
Very early days to say something, but it could be that you do not feel connected with your team when it is 100% remote.
