Pros
The people that work there for the most part are really cool. However, there are a couple of individuals that have to be some of the strangest people I have ever met in my life and somehow they get through the initial interview process so if you are really weird apparently this place will hire you.
Cons
Stay away from Guided Insurance Solutions! This company has become terrible and lost sight of what good work culture truly means. The management team is completely clueless and the technology they use only makes things worse. The compensation plan is one of the worst in the entire insurance industry - you'll be lucky to make a few dollars over minimum wage here. And to make matters worse, the compliance staff is terrible and your direct reporting sales managers are too. This place is seriously toxic. They used to do fun things and have team outings but got rid of all of those. Overall, this company is a complete disaster and not worth your time or energy. Do yourself a favor and find a better insurance brokerage firm to work for.
