The organisation promotes work-life-balance, wellbeing, flexibility and positive values, although these are not often consistently reflected in day-to-day practice unless you are a favourite, and the culture may not always feel fully inclusive or supportive of mental health.
Cons
Perceived cliquiness within management can sometimes impact transparency and fairness, with decisions and communication not always felt to be consistently inclusive across all staff.
