I hope that with your belief in our CEO and all that you love and appreciate about Guild, you'll continue to be motivated you as we evolve and grow. Change is often challenging, but we believe it’s important. As we evolve our business, our culture needs to change with it to ensure the continued success of all Guild stakeholders: employees, members, learners, employer partners, and learning partners. I was intrigued by your perspective about new leadership. Our internal surveys tell us that our employees are motivated by our leadership team, although they recognize there is always room for improvement. In my experience, the feedback is taken very seriously.
