Pros
Given the size of the bank and current strategy, this is a place where you can definitely make an impact. There are plenty of opportunities to leave your mark and help the business to grow. Communications from the top management is unrivalled, the level of transparency makes you feel you are an essential element of the plan for the bank. It is also good to see that even during period of crisis, the bank kept hiring talented people and empowered itself to reach its goals.
Cons
I feel like the current strategy is a huge challenge for the IT team at the bank. Compared to competitors I think the bank is lagging behind on that front. The good thing is that the management has taken action to improve the situation.
