Pros
Compensation is very competitive and benefits are great. If you know the right person getting a job is easy.
Cons
Workplace is very dated. Filed complaints due to wildly inappropriate and sexist jokes during meetings but was just told they would try and do better but they would continue on in next meeting. Company refuses to invest in modernizing the workplace to allow employees to be more productive in the new hybrid environment.
