The only cons was the location

The employees are super awesome. Location is super convenient to trains and buses. Company has nice size parking lots.

Absolutely agree with most of the reviews. I worked here for a few months and found the same issues. Employees seem to disappear without a trace, not sure whether voluntarily or involuntarily, and the ones that stay, they complain, all the “live-long” day. I found most of the employees to be really nice, awesome people. It’s a really cool melting pot from all walks of life. With that being said, unfortunately, this is where the compliments end. Just as previously stated, upper management does not care about your ideas and concerns so, please, keep all of your opinions to yourself. Bringing up any concerns that may challenge them to make improvements in the firm will cause upper management to dismiss what you have to say and proceed to make excuses for bad behavior within the firm due to seniority. I’ve worked for many firms throughout the years, those whose fiscal years have closed in the billions. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of communication then I had here. Upper management knows everything and will shush you because you haven’t been with the company long enough. Very heartbreaking. Oh, yeah and...definitely stay away from that HR office. It’s a death trap.
