Office environment - old equipment, old and unresponsive timebars

- Great office space and location - Culture seems really positive so far, some nice in office perks such as lunch time treats and I've seen a really nice theme of recognition being rightly pushed - Friendly people - Pet friendly, every now and then you'll see a 4 legged friend in the office - It feels like a business that is bursting to grow. There are a lot of opportunities and there is a deep routed passion to achieve highs the business hasn't seen before - There's autonomy to do what you do best, how you do it best without interruption

- Overall staff benefits could be expanded, there are a lot of health related benefits on offer which are great but lifestyle and discount based benefits are highly desirable for high street stores, gyms and travel schemes such as train fares
