Pros

The job is very interesting, you learn new things every day. The product is simply excellent. If you like operations research and optimization, this is a great place to be. You use skills in programming, mathematics, IT, and of course optimization and operations research on a daily basis. The company is fully remote, which provides lots of flexibility and a good work-life balance. You get to work with very smart colleagues. The team is very helpful and supportive. The onboarding process is smooth and well prepared. You feel part of the company from the very beginning despite the remote job.

Cons

You must thrive working remotely and get used to not physically seeing your colleagues very often.

Remote job, payroll makes very few mistakes

Cons

The director level and up has some real toxicity. They fight with one another in the C-Suite and vent down. There are pay inequities across the company.

I will bring your concerns to the Executive Leadership Team to ensure we address what you have raised. Regarding some additional points you've mentioned, I'd like to clarify a few things. Regarding pay raises, we operate as a high-performance company and base compensation adjustments on individual performance. We consistently provide above-average raises that are benchmarked against industry standards, and this information is communicated transparently to our employees annually. Additionally, we have consistently provided full bonuses, even in cases where we haven't met all our goals. Furthermore, we have a dedicated program (Career Navigator) focused on the growth and development of our entire team, including a training allowance for each individual. We also offer targeted training sessions yearly to support our company's growth trajectory. Please speak with your manager or People Partner if you have not participated. These programs and how we care for our people drive our high eNPS score (63) and attrition rates (95). While our pulse checks show our teams are highly engaged, there is always room for improvement, which we address. Thank you again for your feedback.
