Thank you for the feedback. The importance of making software that the market requires can’t be overrated. Gurtam marks its 20th anniversary this year; over those 20 years, our team has grown, and our products have become in high demand – 3,2 million connected devices in 150 countries are connected to our platform. We achieved that because we always bear in mind partners’ feedback and requests. That’s how we keep our products relevant – by addressing the needs of the market. In terms of business processes in the company; they may differ from team to team. However, each process is based on our collective experience and designed to meet our common goals regarding both employees and business partners. We are always open to trying new ideas to make internal processes better and I’m sorry you had a negative experience with some of them. The part of your comment about racism, discrimination, and sexism is alarming. We are an international team, so are our business partners. Our employees come from more than 10 countries and speak multiple languages. We have great examples in offices in Boston and Buenos Aires where non-Russian speaking managers were hired and promoted from within the team. Each team member has an opportunity to grow in the company, regardless of their gender, age, or nationality. I don't rule out the possibility that different languages and cultures can cause misunderstandings. To avoid that, we encourage all employees to identify and report those kinds of concerns, so that we are able to ensure all members of the team have equal opportunities.
