Pros
1. Supportive peers/superiors/bosses 2. Great work-life balance and community to work with 3. Company takes good care of employees 4. Good for learning opportunities (both soft skills and hard skills) 5. You ACTUALLY do hands-on work (none of that 'grab my coffee' kind of work)
Cons
Since, it's a small business, you may not get as 'great' as an experience as compared to working with big, established companies. But frankly, this company has taught me a lot to grasp a deeper understanding on my course and career.
