The founding team often behaves as if they are above feedback or questioning, which makes it hard for employees to voice opinions or share ideas. Layoffs happen frequently and without much warning, making job security a constant concern. Timelines and targets are usually unrealistic across teams, leading to long hours, pressure, and burnout. There is very little focus on personal or professional growth. Everything revolves around numbers, with almost no investment in people.
