A lovely team of people with a great support. Working from home structure is well suited to many.

Those in early stages are underpaid and the grad scheme reflects that too, with little benefits. The grad scheme offers a lot less than what was advertised. Tasks themselves are sometimes a bit repetitive and don’t push boundaries. Hard to progress skillsets when it is down to others to teaching you in their spare time.
