Pros
Small store, so a smaller team - easy to advance and take on more responsibility. A lot more opportunity to learn about the retail business and flexibility with merchandising the floor. Since not all the stores were the same size, often we had to tweak the maps so that it would work for our store.
Cons
Don't get enough hours to complete replen, return policy was too lenient and customers would learn the loopholes and use them to their advantages. Need more security measures in stores, such as mirrors, tags. Pay was way too low for the amount of work store management did.
