Good pay. Great culture. Good place for PE exposure.

Growing pains at time. Unclear direction of where the company is headed 3 to 5 years from now.

I've worked at several companies in my career, some of them fantastic, and this is by far the best. The culture is a true meritocracy that allows one to grow at one's own speed, while still being held accountable for results. I've been given opportunities to conceive of, spearhead, and create new processes that are well beyond my job description, creating value for both the company and me. Innovation and process improvement are encouraged, and we're given the tools to accomplish such (A.I., coding packages, etc.). This is not an authoritarian environment. The benefits are exceptional, including world-class medical and dental plans, extremely generous FMLA support, and WFH opportunities with travel. There's a strong comp/bonus structure, access to senior leadership, and respect for WLB. Finally, I've never worked somewhere at which everyone I encounter is friendly and super intelligent. Please consider H.I.G. Capital.

PTO is less generous than what I've experienced and could be more competitive compared to similar companies competing for experienced professionals.
