Pros
Great techs to work with. Good benefits as far as use of company equipment. Bonus are decent. Employee owned. Company gives set amount towards health copays. Very family oriented. Very lenient on needing time off to handle personal and family stuff.
Cons
Insurance is terrible. High premium but still uses FSA instead of HSA like would normally be used for high deductible insurance. One deductible is met, you still have coinsurance to deal with. Lots of drama amongst some office employees.
