Pros
Remote working environment and nice workers
Cons
This is honestly the worst HR role I’ve ever had. The irony is that they present themselves as experts in HR best practices, yet none of those standards are applied internally. They send out these pulse surveys under the guise of caring about employee wellbeing, claiming confidentiality, but it’s obvious they monitor responses and use them to target people. Everyone is scared to answer honestly because the culture doesn’t feel safe.
They don’t conduct proper exit interviews because, frankly, they don’t seem to care about learning or improving. They also have a very poor understanding of consulting and client relationships. Consultants are treated as disposable rather than valued professionals.
