Not constant work. Corporate will take a pay raise and give nothing to its employees. company spends money on updating corporate lounges and adding 60 inch tv's throughout the facility and break rooms that only show weather ( waist of money that could have went to raises for the employees. Tell there employees they will have holidays off, then wait for the day before to tell them they have to work. treats employees as if they don't matter. health benefits are really bad. you pay out more for health care than you get paid.
