Pros

The company is in a growth stage, moving from a start up to a scale up. The work is interesting and challenging. Pay and benefits are good. Teams are hardworking and supportive. Plenty of scope to grow with the business

Cons

The work is hard and there is no hiding behind processes and bureaucracy so might not suit everyone. Some managers are more supportive than others.

Pros

Good product Customers like the brand

Cons

The company is run by a tight circle who hire and protect their friends, even when there’s clear misconduct. A senior leader shockingly routed company money through another firm they’re tied to. The excuses changed, then covered up — no consequences, just silence and lies to protect each other. HR leaders closest to the truth have since walked. The risk within this company grows daily. Turnover is sky-high. Morale is collapsing. The message is clear: if you’re not in the inner circle, you don’t matter. This kind of toxic leadership and lies always catches up — it’s just a matter of when.

Pros

Some truly dedicated and passionate employees who genuinely care about the product and the company’s mission Opportunities to learn — often through trial by fire — if you’re self-motivated and resilient The product itself had strong potential thanks to the efforts of the core team

Cons

Worked in sales where they set unrealistic targets without any real strategy. Leadership is corrupt and completely disconnected from employees, showing zero concern for staff well-being. Management turns a blind eye to bullying and unethical behavior. There’s a high turnover rate — if you don’t fit their mold or step out of line, you’re out. Nepotism is rampant, with friends hiring friends.
