      The patients are the only good thing about this company.

      Toxic work environment, Managament only cares about themselves, high turnover, if you are not in the clique there is no room for growth.

      Pros

      Small, local company that has had quick growth and promotes from within. Employees are treated well and given great experience while having very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Fast growth has created some confusion for employees on policy and all employees have to be very easily adaptable to work here.
