Not a good place for long time career and development - Principal Engineer HARMAN Employee Review

1. Salary not upto market standards. 2. Managers are not concerned about employee's growth or development in terms of technical work stack, in case employe pushes for Udemy/ certification, no approval is provided. 3. Working on legacy systems, no room for application modularization. 4. Manager driven company, HR just blindly takes in their inputs and action. 5. Lot of layoffs happening phase wise, not a company to stick around for long in automotive unit, as future roadmap on incoming projects is not clear. 6. For java tech folks, hardly any good projects left in this company, also no java openings across other LOBs.
