1. Flexible timings. You can be flexible in your work timings. 2. No dress code.
Cons
1. A lot of projects are of short time here. 2. Involves a lot of politics in giving the hike, promotion etc. You will judged on how long you have stayed with the company. 3. Some Managers try to use you as a cash cow. Till the time you are billed to the client, they give a lot of importance to you. But once the contract with the client ends, they never bother about you.
