      Pros

      Very fulfilling work when helping adults with disabilities. Coworkers are pretty nice and supportive when support is needed. Management can be helpful, generally when it benefits them.

      Cons

      The clients can be very taxing even for an 8 hour shift. Management doesn’t always have your back on issues, self defense is frowned upon when they put you in homes with aggressive clients.

      HAS actually had expectations of their employees. That’s not a con, that’s life!
