      Pros

      Not much besides good lunch break.

      Cons

      The owner is selective on who who likes. Turnover is high. People sleep their way to the top. Get rid of good people because there is a bias in the CEO and management. Old software and lots of micromanagement

      Owner has extensive experience in the wood flooring machinery industry resulting in the best machines available.

      Cons

      When the owner mentioned selling the company I started looking at other options. Company eventually sold.
