Ask the Mexican workers how many vacation days they've taken. Ask them if they know that they even have vacation available to take. Maybe Jason the ceo can clear that up, as he comes prancing in, in his suits, flitting about the office like a school girl excited to show off his new Easter dress. Nobody knows what he does, so maybe he can do that. With such poor leadership, every day that company is open is a miracle. It all comes from the top and the top is rotten to the core.
