Toxic Organization - Anonymous employee HBO Max Employee Review

If you have NO experience in streaming or TV and love drama then you will fit right in. This organization is completely mismanaged from the top-down and it's clear that everyone is afraid of getting fired/laid off so there is no cross-team collaboration. They pretend to care about diversity and inclusion yet they bully and gaslight the POC employees. Leadership loves to cause drama and creates extra work for no reason. Work/life balance is non-existent and while the salary is competitive, you will be treated like an entry-level coordinator. No one ever takes responsibility for their mistakes and will routinely throw others under the bus to take the blame for their mistakes. Employees are too afraid to speak up because if you do you will be considered a trouble-maker and then forced out of the company.
